SO much easier to discover imperfections and defects BEFORE you finalize any purchase! Dealer is motivated to get it fixed to make the sale! So nice to have a list, complete with photographs, of all their findings, so you can tell if that item has been corrected or not before taking delivery. We hired Rig Ready to do an inspection on a brand new travel trailer at the dealer site. They did a thorough job explaining the scope of the service and what we should expect. When weather impacted the schedule they communicated clearly both with us and the dealer, and went the extra mile to deliver the finished report timely in spite of the delayed inspection date. Although our dealer performs a pre-delivery inspection for new units, Rig Ready does a deeper dive into all systems and found several small things in need of correction.
