I did not actually use this service but the representative was very honest with me which they didn't have to because I don't know anything about windshields but they wanted to do good work and were up-front with me about my issue. While I won't be able to use them for my current situation ( trying to pass inspection) if I ever get a chip before it goes too far I will definitely be using their service
