Very nice people, the only problem was my hitch instantly started rusting. They gave me one that didnt fit flush on my subaru. But never contacted me back for the one that "actually fits", they said they would switch it out but never contacted me and never answers there phone on the website.

Top tier products and excellent customer service. Staying in communication was easy, and it helped provide context for the delays I experienced. I highly recommend them!

Got one of their no-drill roof racks for our 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness. I looked for a bolt on opt for a rack that you didn't have to mess with the headliner and all that is associated with gaining access to the cargo rails on the roof. This was a pretty simple installation and they helped out a lot when I had questions. They are also well known for their spare tire carriers that fit the trailer hitches.
