First of all there’s no way a regular oil change is $150. I should’ve known because the worker wouldn’t let me use my card so I had to get cash and come back. Come to find out when I went to a LEGIT mechanic, they put a RUSTY oil can (I think that’s the name) under my car. Will NEVER return!

This shop was recommended to me by a body shop for repairs on my passenger seat(It’s stuck in one position) Not only did they not fix the seat but before I even left my car with them. I asked him how much wood today cost. (Diagnosis) The owner told me he didn’t know because he didn’t know what was wrong with the seat I reiterated to him again what was wrong and he still was unable to give me an amount of how much (just looking at it will cost) When he called me to come get the car, he told me that he took my seat out of the car, looked into the gears and saw that there were coins in there, and that they had stripped my wire which was causing my seat to be stuck. This will cost me $130 When I got to my vehicle, nothing looked as if he had even removed the seat from the car. I asked him d

Acted like he took a part of the muffler off and didn’t do anything, I know it takes more than 3 mins to do it, guess he really needed that 50 bucks. I honestly wouldn’t recommend at all.

I contacted Rigneys to inquire about the cost of a diagnostic service for my vehicle. They informed me that the fee for a diagnostic is $50.00, so I had my truck towed there for that purpose. Later, I called back to check if they had identified the cause of the no-start issue. Unfortunately, they had not yet found the problem. They assured me that they would contact me once they had identified the issue, but they failed to do so. Instead, they went ahead and repaired the vehicle without my authorization and presented me with a bill for $617.11. When I questioned why they had proceeded with the repair without my consent, they provided false explanations, claiming that someone had authorized them to do so, which was not the case.
