I was able to drop my car off the night before and my oil change / maintenance was finished for me to get to work on time the next morning. From start to finish they are top notch - communication is excellent and shout out to Lyla , Joe , Mike and all the mechanics and staff there who always take care of their customers and take time to explain everything so well , without any pressure or inflated prices . Rikers is our family’s go-to service station. We are always pleased with the work they do. This time was work that my moms car needed. Andrew, Joe and the mechanics understand that she is an elderly person who just needs her car to be maintained for minimal use.
