Riley & Sons Collision of Anderson

Leesha and the staff at Riley & Sons did a wonderful job with my Volkswagen Atlas. After an unfortunate incident on Christmas Eve, my heart was broken. My beautiful car got the front side swiped off. Riley and Sons was able to get my car in quickly and get the repairs moving. Leesha was great at keeping me updated on the progress and the challenges that they faced with some backorder parts. The work they did was great, and even with a slight delay due to the back order, I am exceptionally happy to have my beautiful black car back in tiptop condition.

REALLY ZERO(0) STARS!!!! MY WORST DECISION!!!!! Post accident I drove my vehicle to Riley & Sons in Anderson, IN!!!! I will NEVER EVER MAKE THAT DECISON AGAIN!!! They DID NOT INFORM ME before getting just a "repair estimate", that they would not give my vehicle back to me if declared a total loss as I would have JUST DROVE HOME! Multiple times, they refused releasing MY VEHICLE TO ME with title in hand for a second opinion! They did so hiding behind so called "corporate policies and storage fees!" For a vehicle I should have just KEPT AT HOME!!! If at all possible, ALWAYS drive your vehicle HOME for insurance adjuster to come to YOUR HOUSE!!!! I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER, ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER NEVER!!!! NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO RILEY & SONS!!!!!! They are not honest to thier customers up

In the day and age we live in, it’s sometimes hard to know who is giving out trustworthy information. Especially with vehicles and ensuring they’re safe, efficient, and maintained, it takes someone to help educate us and show us so we feel comfortable in the driver’s seat. And now having two little children, I sense that responsibility ever more. And Trevor, and really everyone at Riley & Sons in Anderson (shout-out to Penny too!), are always giving us the top-notch care for our Jeep. Our Wrangler has had some issues (well, many, because if you’re a Jeep person, you know), and Trevor has been patient and positive in helping us better understand the quality and care it requires to maintain this vehicle.
