Had my transmission go out. Not only was the repair done fast and half the cost of all the other places that I received quotes from. They checked everything on the truck, engine, shocks and discussed with me if it was worth the investment. It helped me decide what to do and piece of mind I decided on getting a new rebuilt tranny with a 3 year unlimited miles warranty. Absolutely amazing! My tire blew about 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday evening and they made sure I was taken care of and back on my way even though they stayed late to do it. They were also very flexible with finding a time when we can come back and get some other issues fixed. How can I give more than 5 stars? Great customer service, very helpful, and they made sure the problem got fixed. Plus, it’s locally owned which I love.

Our camper blew a tire and, lucky for us, we were just 5 minutes from Rimer’s. We had a spare so my husband changed out the blown tire but thought we might have an issue with the brakes. We drove straight to Rimmer’s and they saw us immediately. They checked out the tire and sent us on our way, no charge. I highly recommend this business and we’ll go out of our way to give them our business in the future. Solid 5 stars, would give them more if that was an option.

My wife made a wheel alignment appointment 2weeks ago for 8 am. They moved her appointment to 10 am without any notification, and filled her early one. Just plain old bad business practices. We WONT be back or recommend!
