I recently brought our Ascent in for its 60k mile service and had an outstanding experience. Jesse in the service department was absolutely fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was properly maintained. He took the time to explain what the service entailed and kept me updated throughout the process. Thanks again!

After two visits within 6 months totalling $4k and continued problems, I cannot recommend this dealership service department. First service was for a check engine light - they replaced the torque converter as well as a bunch of fluids and did a full inspection. However, within a few months, the car started burning fluids. (Of note, though not a huge deal, the glove box had been disassembled for whatever they did but it wasn't fully put back together - we didn't mention it as it was something we could fix ourselves and seemed minor at the time.) The burning fluids led to a second visit where a few minor "repairs" were done and we were sent on our way. Fast forward a couple of months and something still didn't seem quite right which included noises under the hood. As we'd taken our Subaru

Extremely poor customer service. The service team lacks basic respect. The assistant service manager, Jesse Kinder, was incredibly rude in explaining a situation. Jesse has ZERO compassion, empathy or understanding. I understand why the employee turnover is so high. Go elsewhere!
