RimTyme Custom Wheels and Tires

So this is a short story. I got a busted rim and when I got the tires to replace them, I was unaware that the bolts from my old tires wasn’t gonna fit my new ones. So I took my car over here to this location and they assisted me in saving money first and foremost because I thought I was gonna need a whole new set of tires and I didn’t. All I need was the right size bolts for my wheels and I was back on the road. Thanks so much

I don’t like having to leave a negative review, especially for a black business. The tires and wheels great, but the service and communication is not that great. My tires wasn’t balanced correctly the first time around and when I was finally able to come back and get them balanced, I called ahead of time letting them know I was coming, I was informed by the store manager that I could come, then I get there and I was told that I couldn’t get them balanced because no was there to watch the front of the store. I can tell that them as a team don’t communicate with each other at all. And that’s how the poor service comes into play. So ultimately I had to go somewhere else to get a service done that should’ve been done correctly in the first place by this business. I spent way too much on these

These people saved me so much money and time. I have an exotic car and so many shops turned me away. Mercedes, BMW, Firestone, Goodyear, and more all couldn’t touch my car for reason or another. My closet dealership is all the way in Houston (I’m in greater New Orleans). One call to David at Rimtyme on airline Metairie solved everything. After 5min of walking in he had the tire special order and shipped to him in a few days. Walked in later that week and they did what they do quick and easy no problems. Next time I know to come here first.
