Had my vehicle brought in today for an all wheel alignment. They squeezed me in without an appointment but the first alignment was not correct at all I had to return and wait for my vehicle to be properly fixed. Other than that it's a decent shop im sure

They charged me for 3 hrs labor but only work on my car for about an hour and a half. I timed the whole process. I sat in their lobby and kept walking outside to see what was being done, no one near my car. At 2.30 guy comes in for my keys, at 3.45 my car was done. So sad that business is so bad you do that to customers

Quoted price for service, and that’s what I paid. They did find needed repair, provided price but no pressure on me to get it done. Office staff very friendly on phone and in person. Highly recommend!

Ringo used to be my go to place for minor car repairs, but my past two visits were nothing short of disappointing. Not only that, it seems there’s an elaborate price gouging scam going on between Ringo Tire and Reliable Auto parts. My car started running worse than when I took it in several weeks ago. I alerted them about the issues and that I would bring the car back later if issues persisted. It developed another issue which I took to Ringo. I was quoted a price of 183 which I thought was excessive for battery change. My bill came out to $261, totally outrageous. I called Reliable auto parts, only for them to quote me $144 for a battery that Ringo charged a total of $213 for. Reliable auto parts then attributed the pricing to computer error. Still, the issue with the car persisted, and
