I had some wheel well inserts installed in the back of my new F150 (it really improved the look to me). So I know a few people at the dealership (the people that work there are awesome BTW), and I was making my rounds, and in no time someone found me and told me my truck was done. I couldn't believe that they had finished the work so quickly (I did this to my last truck, and it was a pain.). Anyway, I decided to keep talking to the person I was having a conversation with for a little while before I left. So that was my first experience having the service done before I was ready to leave the dealership. 😀
Went in for an oil change and check up and left with a new truck! I love everything at Riser Ford, the service and sales departments can't be beat! Thanks Ryan for helping with our 3rd vehicle in 8 months!!!
Always helpful and kind. Appointment was easy to make online. Service was prompt and professional. Aaron was very helpful and personable. I normally work with Donny and he too is a great help, kind, personable and Donny remembered my name after not seeing him for over 5 yrs. If I had any thing of concern it would be the price of the service but I understand that people have to make a living. I would also wish I didn't have to pay the 3% on credit Cards. my bill was close to $1,500 and I don't write checks or carry that much cash. Over all I give a 5 star. The payment method is not on the service department.
We stopped in for an oil change and everyone was super friendly! They offer a free shuttle ride, and were happy to drop us off downtown where we enjoyed the NP area during our wait. Service was excellent! Not a word I usually associate with Ford service. Highly recommend the service department in Hot Springs! Thanks for making it easy!
I’ve been traveling for the last 30 days and stopped in without an appointment to see if they could fit me in with an oil change in the tire rotation, and they did not only did they do that they had coffee and friendly companionship, while I waited with my sweet pup. Great customer service! Thank you
