I'm usually better at writing good revies when deserved, but life got busy. This is a little late. Last fall i helped my boss find the perfect Navigator for her. Noah was our sales advisor and was extremely helpful in securing her new car that she now loves. Noah made it easy. We live about 5 hours away and it was worth it over all to get a good, transparent deal with excellent customer service. No ad-ons or extras added to the car like a lot of dealers try to do. Just a dealership selling a vehicle which was a refreshing change not to have to argue those things off of a buy sheet. If you're in the market for a Lincoln and even if it's a drive, I find it way worth it for the customer service and transparency you'll receive from them. A Loyal Lincoln Owner - I’ve owned a Lincoln every day of my life. Now Retired- i was in the market for a Corsair GT hybrid with a tow package. I received a voicemail from Stephen Williams regarding a black on black Corsair on his lot. I live in Northern California. I had gone to 3 local Lincoln dealerships and checked inventory Via the Internet My Corsair 1st choice was in Cummings GA. My wife and I flew out Saturday (one way) during the January Winter storm. In our Uber ride 20 minutes from the Lincoln dealership we received a text- they were CLOSING early. Returning on Monday. Not appreciated. The refrigerant had leaked out of my Navigator multiple times. The Schrader valve and the front evaporator core had already been replaced. The one component that had not been checked was the rear evaporator core, presumably because it is difficult to reach. I asked them to check that. Instead, they said it was the Schrader valve leaking again. So they replaced that, and all of the refrigerant leaked out yet again. Now, my dealer in Florida has finally diagnosed it to be the rear evaporator core as I knew all along. The service department is not pump up to fix AC problems it appears. Furthermore, they kept my vehicle for two weeks waiting for a cable needed to fix the entertainment system. I told them I would like to have my vehicle back while they waited for the part. My wife and I had so much fun and we are very pleased with the service that was provided. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone because they really know how to give full attention to their customers without being pushy.
