Rising Tide Car Wash

I'm writing now because I didn’t have time earlier due to the holiday, but all the videos were recorded within a minute after the cleaning was completed — and they speak for themselves. The service was unacceptable. I paid for a premium cleaning, specifically requesting detailed vacuuming and wiping. I even lowered the back seats to make it easier for the team to clean thoroughly. Not only did they fail to return the seats to their original position, but they also didn’t clean them properly at all. It was clear the team lacked experience and didn’t deliver even the most basic level of detailed cleaning. Honestly, I’m left wondering if I would’ve gotten the same , or worse , result had I paid for the cheaper option. This was a careless and disappointing experience.

I gave this place try! I bought the membership but i cannot do this anymore! I really hoped they do a good job. Lets start with the wash system the car goes thru. 1. The person at the front of the drive thru is supposed to wash down the front of the car manually (NEVER DONE) and on pick up trucks are supposed to wash down tailgate (NEVER DONE) 2. Never enough soap dispensed 3. The drive thru is NEVER 100% operational! Spinners and over head washers dont work. The overall wash sucks! If you dont get any add on services your car is as dirty as when you pull in. Just wet! Lets start now with the add on! They charge $15 to spray a disinfectant/deoderizer (this should be free with an interior cleaning) If you do get any services you better make sure with your own eyes that they did it. T

I came into Rising Tide Car Wash and had a great experience from start to finish. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and not toooooo pushy, seemed to stop just right on time. The manager even took the time to come over personally and explain the added benefits of the air tools and other features, which really showed their commitment to customer service. You can tell they care about both the quality of their service and the customer experience. Highly recommend checking them out!

Be careful! I came here today to get a interior and exterior wash. The exterior was fine, but when I came around to get the interior done, I left all doors open as well as the trunk to ensure that the trunk was cleaned. Despite this, when I got home and inspected the car, the trunk was still dirty. Things had been moved, so clearly someone was back there, but it was still very dirty. Not even stains, but things like dirt and grass! I've been coming here for years, but recently the quality has been declining. Edit: I came back following this after receiving a call from the manager apologizing and offering a free service to compensate. I took them up on the sophie. The team made me feel comfortable right away with their guide-on system, explaining everything clearly and keeping the process smooth and stress-free. In the aftercare area, I was greeted by a manager with red hair and a red vest who was super nice and very attentive to detail, making sure everything was perfect before I left. I’d highly recommend Rising Tide to anyone looking for great service and a quality car wash!
