Rittenhouse Village At Lehigh Valley

My father needed a short term place to land in between a medical emergency and us moving him to a new condo. All of this happened the week of Christmas so I was panicking finding a place last minute during that busy week (I was also 9 months pregnant and living in California!). Rittenhouse quickly came to my rescue and handled everything I couldn’t from afar. Special thank you to Doug, who worked with me and helped me navigate everything thru the chaos of different time zones. He was always ready to take my call or text and made everything go so smoothly. My dad had a great short stay there, he grew to really enjoy the staff, loved doing his PT there, and particularly enjoyed the barber shop. Our mom lived at Rittenhouse Village for almost 2 years. We had a very positive experience. Any concerns were addressed quickly and with compassion. Mangement was accessible and cares about families. We loved the family events hosted there - a great stress free way to get together! Rooms are nice and well maintained. Our family toured many places and this was the clear winner. Moving to an assisted living is not an easy choice, but we felt like Rittenhouse Village did a nice job of making things enjoyable.

The staff is 5 Star! My mother was there in memory care, she was in very good hands. So appreciative of all their hard work, from the management down to the aides, very professional. Thanks for making Mom feel at home!

I have been going to Rittenhouse Village for a few years now to entertain and do Chair Zumba classes with the residents. It has always been a pleasure to walk into a clean, well maintained facility and find residents that are happy and well adjusted. The staff is always attentive and very caring with the residents. I am especially impressed with the care given to the memory care residents. They are always in good spirits, active and well cared for by the staff. If you are considering Rittenhouse Village for your loved one, I can highly recommend them without reservation.
