I shopped all over Little Rock for a used car and it was a nightmare. No one listened to my budget or what I was looking for. Then I went to Ritter’s and had the best experience. they were real humans who listened and were very honest. I got a very cute and reliable jeep. I will go back to them and always recommend them to friends!!

This wasn't just the best car buying experience, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in any kind of industry. This is really a 6 star rating. Bought a 2012 Mazda from them and am very happy with my purchase. It was in great condition for 170k miles. The car was making a small rattle(like 95 percent of vehicles) and he offered to take off some of the price, I asked if he would fix it(we assumed a new strut would do it) and he said yes and I could pick up the vehicle the next day. Well the new strut didn't fix the noise and he said he would fix it so he took it to a specialist and they still didn't know what was causing the issue. Take this as you will, I purchased a vehicle here 3 months ago. The lot told me it was a great car and in good condition. Immediately took it to Midas after purchasing (maybe I’m at fault for not driving the car there before the sale) but the engine belts was severely damaged, it had not had an alignment in a very long time causing damage to my tire area, the wrong battery was in the car, and the wrong oil was in the car! Now I’m not sure if car lots are supposed to be checking these things before selling but it’s unfortunate this happened. Circle back to today and three months after purchase the head gasket was blown and some piping around it had been cracked for a long time (as Midas told me). Bought a 06 f150 king ranch with 5.4 from these guys for 10 cash. 116,000 miles. Was super clean and ran smooth, for about 40 miles then started sputtering so I changed spark plugs and coil packs. Didn’t change anything so changed the fuel filter. Next I decided it might be my oil pump and that wasn’t it either. Turns out the timing chain was giving out on me. They knew it had problems and did everything they could to hide it. That’s my experience with Ritter wholesale.

Bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu 3 days latter broke down on hwy 5 on my way to work in Little Rock. I'm currently waiting on a wreck as I write this clearly there was issues they knew about and hid. This vehicle was supposed to be for my daughter for college glad it broke down on me instead of her I'm very disappointed. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND RITTER WHOLE SALE!!! Unless you want to be broke down 3 days latter paying expensive tow and not to mention parts and labor.
