I start buying all my parts from Riva racing And it’s been a blessed for me for the last five years. I’m buying all my parts for my yamaha fx and my machine is performance. Amazing on the stage 3 And now working on the stage 4 thanks to David mackert. My favorite seller person, and the map tuner Expert Brian Rosencrantz these people are amazing. Riva makes great quality products. Very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I gave them four stars instead of five because the installation instructions are horrible. I can’t help but wonder if anybody At Riva has actually done the job based on their installation instructions.

I had a slight issue with shipping on my order, but the team at Riva Racing handled it quickly and professionally. Their customer service went above and beyond to make things right, and I really appreciated how responsive they were throughout the process. Everything was resolved smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again—highly recommend!

Very mixed feeling about my experience with Riva especially with Jennifer. At first things were good however recently very difficult to get in contact with and minimal communication. Parts are good and work well. Brian the tech guy is awesome! If there was better communication I would do more business there but now starting to look at other options. Could really be so much better if they understood that customer service is the cornerstone for success.

Mixed experience.... First it took them almost week to ship the package. When I call to check the status they started phone ping-pong, I had to call 3 times to get to someone. When received the package impeller shaft came with no label, damaged seal coating and threads... :-O Contacted the company, Mark reacted fast and 2 days later I received the replacement shaft with return label. Check your items if ordering online.
