Rivas Auto Service is truly one of the best shops around. These brothers have worked on my car and my daughter’s car multiple times, and every experience has been outstanding. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain what’s going on without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Their work is reliable, the turnaround time is quick, and the prices are more than reasonable. It’s rare to find a shop you can trust completely and these guys have earned that trust every single visit. I had a very positive experience with RIVAS AUTO and couldn’t be more impressed with their service. My Camaro’s rim and tire replacement was done flawlessly and they made sure everything was balanced and aligned perfectly. I also brought in an older vehicle that needed some work. The team was courteous, professional and transparent throughout my experience with both cars. They explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair estimate and kept me updated throughout the process. I left feeling confident that my cars were in much better shape than when I brought it in. Jose was referred to me by a mutual Dr. (Chiropractor). I must really commend Jose and his crew because they came through for me and my family. Their experience, knowledge and affordability is greatly appreciated when they worked on my car. Couple of weeks ago, my son swerved off the road in an attempt to avoid hitting a deer. Fortunately, he was not hurt but his action caused a huge damage on the axles on both sides. This also affected other parts of the car which made it not functional. We were down to one car as a family. Jose was very responsive in our communication and his sense of urgency to get the car fixed was remarkable. Rivas brothers have been my go to mechanics for the last 10 years, even before opening their shop. Best mechanics with customer service I've ever met, very professional and competent in their field. They helped me keep a 2003 Pontiac Vibe running for five years before the engine finally gave out, and now they've been servicing my Toyota. Best service in the area from my own experience! Highly recommend! Five start service!

We were coming up from Burlington, NC and around Richmond we noticed our rear tire had a huge lump and the van was shaking like crazy. It was a Sunday and most of the tire places were closed. We drove up to Doswell, VA and we had about 2 hours left to get home and Rivas Auto Service blessed us by brining a tire and swapping it out to get us home safely. Thank you, Jose!
