Had a flat tire on a Saturday at 2 PM. We found a garage located at a Delta gas station. Pablo, who I believe is the owner, looked at it and said, “I don’t have that tire in stock, and you’ll have to leave the car here until Monday.” When we told him we lived in Long Island, he made a few calls and found a Firestone that had the tire in stock. Unfortunately, Firestone doesn’t deliver, and my car wasn’t drivable. Without hesitation, Pablo offered to remove the tire, put it in his personal car, and even let us use his car to drive to Firestone. They mounted the tire, and we returned to Pablo, who reinstalled it in under five minutes—and we were back on the road. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and honest. These guys are professional and hard working! They were able to replace the ac compressor when other mechanics were not able to. That is a large job, because they had to recharge the system.

The guys working here stayed 2+ hours late after close to help us make the long trek back to Canada. They are the friendliest and most helpful bunch of guys we could have asked for. They ran to the store twice for us to get the parts we needed and made sure we were 100% set and safe for our ride home. At one point, as the sun was setting way past close, 4 different sets of hands were helping us out and contributed to us getting home safely. Thank you to Frank and his team/family. Great shop fast and reliable Pablo was a pleasure dealing with from the first phone call got to the shop Frank was the first one I meet very friendly and helpful along with the rest of the staff. I definitely found my new shop was very pleased with the work. Great shop experience will recommend the shop to anyone.

10/10 Just relocated to Saddle Brook and we found our new mechanic.Frank and Pablo took care of us! Way more comfortable and confident moving around in our vehicle now.
