AWESOME service! Paul was great! Trustworthy, very knowledgeable, affordable, and great customer service attitude. Our regular mechanic and dealers were a month or two out just to look at our car. We gave River City a call and Paul was available the next day on our schedule. He communicated with us very well, was on-ime and already had researched the problem, contacted the dealer for information and was ready to go with a plan to fix our car. He even took a ride in the car with us to verify the the issue was fixed. I'm already working on scheduling him to come do a full service on my truck next. Service was very prompt and Paul was willing to meet with me at my place of work. The issue got tackled for a fair price and I will definitely be using this company again. Not for the same thing, but on a car that is 50 years old, something new is bound to come up eventually.
