River City Motors Plus

Brought my vehicle multiple times within a month to get my engine light diagnosed. They said they saw no issues but cleaned the throttle body not once but twice, not fixing the issue. So I was charged for all this work that didn’t fix my vehicle. I than took it elsewhere after breaking down on the side of the road. Apparently this whole time it needed a transmission control module. So after all this time river city said my vehicle was safe to drive. And doing so it damaged my transmission. And also when the different car shopped was looking at my vehicle. I was told my transmission fluid was WAY OVERFILLED. Which was also done my river city motors. My other vehicle I had gotten my oil changed not even a month ago and I had someone take a look at it. THEY SENT ME OFF WITH NO OIL IN MY CAR

Excellent customer service, they were able to schedule me on the same day, my jeep was fixed before they close, honest service.

Best car buying experience of my life. Got the car of my dreams (HER name is BABY, LOL CHRIS!) very affordable and the owners and staff are AMAZING!

I bought my Nissan here several years ago and it has been the best car! Anytime I need repairs or maintenance River City is where I go. They get me in quickly and treat me like family. I have never in the 5+ years that I have been going here had an issue with any of the work I have had done. They are honest, hard working, and fairly priced. Any questions or concerns I have about my car they take the time to look over and fully explain things to me. I would highly recommend them! A++

They didn't have my size tire, but they recommended another business. The other business couldn't mount the tire on the rim so I bought the tire and took it back to River City Motors. They were happy to still provide a service to me. Their recommendation was above and beyond a regular service and I would gladly send anyone to them for their excellent service.
