I've taken my truck to Stewart Automotive for all it's repairs. It's 13 years old and has 215000 miles and still runs strong. They do good work and try to be as efficient and economical as possible. The last time my truck was in for a front axle replacement, they noticed another problem that could have been a major issue if left alone. Junior called me and explained what he found, and what needed done. I appreciate the extra effort at Stewart Automotive.

All I can say is I’m impressed with jr sucks to have your van get fixed during the holidays but he did an amazing job and saved me from spending 1,800 dollars. I can say he knows what he is doing and I trust him and would take my car or the van back whenever needed thanks again JR.

Best mechanic in Fort Madison. finds out what is wrong and fixes it on time with your appointment. Does great job. You can ask JR. other questions and he will evaluate and gives you a quote, because I have him do the work there is no fee. The work is done right the first time his shop is great and I highly recommend them.

They got my car in and out but they did charge 13$ for a 3 dollar spark plugs so 🤷🏻‍♀️ I would go again but definitely walk over prices

Well, my SUV was puttering and shaking and he swore I needed 4 timing chains which was a $2,000 job, so, I asked him to please check all the possible small or cheaper possibilities that could cause this same or similar car reaction before jumping into such a big and expensive job. He agreed and reassured me that he would thoroughly check everything out before he went forward with the "big" job. He did the timing chain job and I made it no further then the highway from Stewart repair and my SUV went right back to the same symptoms!!!! I took it back and he insisted it was just an O2 sensor. I paid another $200ish for that job and yet again, my SUV was NOT fixed. I took it to another mechanic shop out of town and they called me within 1 hour... and had my SUV fixed!!! My spark plugs were
