Love the app to schedule appointment, they were prompt to get the vehicle in at the scheduled time, very nice area to wait in vehicle.

I went to River City because I started having issues with my car after getting my oil changed somewhere else. I believe the technician that helped me was named Amanda and she took the time to walk me through what she thought had happened, answered all my questions, and didn't make me feel silly for not knowing much about cars. She also wrote a very detailed report of what she initially saw so I could take it back to the original shop. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the man who helped me but he made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and knew that I wasn't getting swindled. Both of them were amazing, incredibly helpful, and made a stressful situation so much easier. I can't thank them enough.
