It did have something to do with the shop because after me paying for someone to put in a whole new radio Everything worked perfectly fine. something was done incorrectly within the shop, it was working fine when I brought it there therefore, when I left, it should of still been working fine. Typical for a shop not to try to take responsibility. Of course you need to try to fix the problem. You didn’t do me any favors. That was your job you made the mistake not me. If the bearings were cheap, like you said then why put them on? you are the expert here who has a garage why have me go through all of this and putting on the bearing that I purchased only to tell me that I need to purchase bearings from you. I am extremely disappointed and alarmed by my recent 7/31/25 experience with River Town Auto Repair. I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a routine brake service. Instead, I was put in a highly dangerous and potentially life-threatening situation due to the shop’s gross negligence. After picking up my car, I didn’t even make it three miles down the road before two out of four wheels came completely off. I later discovered that the wheels had not been properly tightened—an inexcusable oversight by any automotive repair professional. This incident could have caused a serious accident, and I am thankful no one was hurt. I immediately attempted to call the shop to report what happened, but there was no answer. It was close to their closing time, so I suspect the call was deliber

This place is a rip off. They charged my card twice and when I caught it and called them, the receptionist told me that my warranty company didn't pay for all the repairs. But when I called they company, they said they did cover the costs except for my deductible. Their receptionist wouldn't listen to me when I was saying the math ain't matching. So now I am filing a dispute with the warranty company to recover my money. Bad business.

My daughter's serpentine belt broke while traveling with her children. It was a scary moment but once towed to Rivertown, we were met with the utmost of professionalism and care. Car completed and reasonably priced within one day. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Very nice shop , friendly staff . Have always taken care of their customers . Highly recommend using them for all auto related repairs and maintenance . Will continue to bring them all of our vehicles . Come get your oil done , without the quick rush job. They make sure everything is the way it is supposed to be .
