These guys are great! Let me share with you why I believe that. I had a great experience from the moment I called them about my vehicle's problem to the moment I picked it up. Keith was very friendly and polite. He listened to what I had to say, was very attentive and on top of things as a service writer. When I dropped the vehicle off Cole and Jen were very welcoming and polite. I felt like i was ammongst friends in their company. The Technician (Sterling) was very thorough and seemed to comunicate with the service writer very well. Im basing my assumption of this on how detailed and accurate the notes, pictures and comunication over the phone was. Did i mention they took pictures?! I feel like they adressed all my concerns and needs and delivered this in a timely and professional maner.

The mechanics at Riverside Auto were amazing and thorough with my vehicle. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had my vehicle for a short amount of time, then had it back to me. They realize the importance I have for my vehicle and respected that

Cole and Jen have been so amazing. They were quick on the work and great pricing. Very informative and did great work on my daughter's 1st car. They also helped my mother out with her car and did awesome work and even picked up her car and brought it back to her. I highly recommend Riverside Auto!!!!!!

I was stranded in Douglas on way home from Texas with a bad water Pump. Cole was able to get me in and on the road. Very professional job and the price was very fair. Thank you Cole!!!
