I had a great experience with this company! The communication and customer service are top notch! My rear window shattered into a million pieces after overloading my car with furniture. I called several different places and was either put on long holds or I had to leave messages. The owner of Riverside Auto Glass picked up my call immediately and put me at ease. It was late on a Friday afternoon so since he couldn’t fix it until Monday, he offered to cover it with plastic so that it was at least protected from the weather. He immediately sent me an estimate and on Monday he drove to my home and replaced the rear window in under an hour. Even though it was a crappy situation to deal with and pay for right before the holidays, he made it so seamless and easy! I highly recommend Riverside

Don’t fall for your insurance sending you to the big box companies. The owner operator of Riverside was professional, efficient and honest about what i needed. The best part was he catered to my schedule and came to me. Called my insurance company and told them I wanted this local small business to perform my glass replacement and Riverside handled the rest. Riverside fixed a bunch of dings on my car windshield. The owner operator was super nice and professional. He came to my work and it took just a few minutes. Before this I didn’t know that chips and dings could be repaired or ameliorated without needing to replace the entire windshield. I had multiple dings & chips that I can no longer see. I also had 2 very deep dings from over a year ago, at least one that was spreading outward into little cracks, which made me feel like I needed to replace my windshield every time I saw it. The owner was upfront with me that because those dings were so old and deep that he couldn’t guarantee that he could make them perfect again, which made sense. Apparently the sooner you get the repair the more effective it is. He was still able to make those

David Crump, the owner, is outstanding and provided great service. My new windshield is fully calibrated and looks as good or better than the original. I highly recommend Riverside Auto Glass!!
