I recently purchased a vehicle here at Riverside, and had an intensely positive experience. I engaged via email, and the first response from Harrison was to address each of my questions, and to send higher quality photos of the vehicle I was interested in (I had asked for this, as the site was a little blurry). Throughout the process, Harrison was quite responsive, and I got the sense that he was being honest throughout. I never felt pushed or manipulated, and he went above and beyond what I would consider to be expected, as far as service. Due to some variables outside of his or Riverside's control (recall work that Harrison had arranged to be done by the manufacturer dealer), the timing for me driving the 7 hours (one way) to pick up the car, was messed up.
