Riverside Oaks 55+ Lifestyle Community

Pet dogs are poorly tolerated. Lots of bullying to establish authority among more senior snow birds. Riverside Oaks plays obvious second fiddle to owner’s newer, larger flagship community across the street. The only pool was down six months for repair in 2024. Managers Monica and Trina are lovely and work diligently at maintaining harmony. We rented three years but will not buy.

What makes a home a home? The people! We have been in this community for six plus years. We rented at first and loved the feeling of community and the friendly people who lived here. We bought the same year and have never regretted it. At Riverside Oaks you get neighbors helping neighbors. There is an active social club and plenty of activities to join in, if you want. If being social is not your thing, no one bothers you. If you decide to be social just walk out your door, a smile will reward you with a smile and conversation if f that is what you want. We love being here in Riverside Oaks and look forward to returning every season. When we leave we miss our home in the south and the wonderful neighbors and friends that we have there. Dirty with all the oak trees, Rent is increased every year, rules not followed. Owner could care less what anyone living there says. We were there 3 winter's and super happy to be out of there

Quiet. Friendly community with more than enough to do or just relax.
