Purchased a 2025 Toyota 4 Runner here this week. Greg was helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the trim packages we were evaluating and answered all of the questions we were firing off during the test rides. I never felt pressure and he didn’t use typical car sales tactics to try to rope us into a deal. We ended up negotiating pretty hard to get where we wanted to be price-wise, but I appreciate that the GM, John Arrington, personally got involved and we were able to get to an acceptable compromise. These are good people and we feel good about our transaction. We are loving our 4 Runner thus far and will be using this location exclusively to service it in regular intervals.

Service Advisor Josh Holloway is amazing! I showed up about an hour early for an appointment and the line appeared to be long. It was unbelievable to watch Josh acknowledge every customer that was waiting with a smile and let them know he was going to get to them. He was multi-tasking while remaining calm and keeping everyone informed. It was amazing how fast he got the line down and exceeded expectations. He was beyond professional and I would be willing to wait all day (not that I had to) for service like that. I normally wouldn't really care where I got my truck serviced, but I will definitely be a loyal customer to Riverside now! Keep up the great work Josh!

I had a appt at 10:20 and they were overbooked. Took hour and half for oil and filter change. I checked under hood before I left and motor oil all over battery and battery tray filled with oil. Of course service advisor said it was battery acid then assistant manger said it was brake cleaner which I said you may smell brake cleaner but that’s motor oil. Then assistant manager Billy said they had an accident tried to clean it with brake cleaner. They took to detail to clean under the hood. Manager Will brought my truck back. I complained about overbooked and quality of service but as usual they brushed it off as employees calling in sick, young employees and can’t keep employees , saying no one wants to work anymore. My only wish was we had known about Riverside Toyota earlier. Would have saved me the stress of scouring the internet for several hours and days trying to find something good for me and my family and certainly saved me the hassle of dealing with notorious car sales men that want to get you through the door at all cost! Cole is a gem! He stayed back beyond closing hours to receive myself and my family, explained the entire process of purchase and his colleague Sam was also there to make sure everything was seamless for us as we bought our first car out here. We super love it! They also followed up with us much later which just tells you they care and its a fine touch of customer service/engagement. If we ever need another car at some point, its gonna be with Riverside. Highly recommend any
