As long as my stepdad been there it was good at first lately n I don't gk often last 2 times 1 in June n today he was all dirty diaper exc n I told them they didn't move to change him his hair n beard are so bad I know it's hard with altimers also is it legal for the nurses to smell like marijuana on duty hello red flag idk what Todo who to contact km so not ok now

As a son with an aging parent I can understand the disappointment of some of the people that have a loved one in this facility. I also understand that the people that work here are doing the best they can to care for all of the patients that are in need of assistance. This is not an easy task, if it was our loved ones would still be at home with us. I greatly appreciate all that the staff has done for my mother and myself. The staff has always been pleasant to me and my family. It's not perfect but they do an excellent job of helping take care of my loved one. ❤️

The guards always pick up the phone. This is the best place for me to start. The therapists are good. They are knowledgeable and they do what they can to help you. Physical and occupational therapy help you regain your capabilities. The nurses are okay. There are several nurses assistants who are excellent! I learned about my just discharge 19 hours before it was time for me to go. I appealed because the therapy sessions were very good for me and any extra days were going to make my daily tasks easier once I got home. I worked very hard to get extra days in my limited time left. I was unsuccessful. The day after I got home, a worker from Blue Cross and Blue Shield called me and told me that I could have four extra days, and she had been trying to reach the social worker and administrative

Riverview North...I'm sad my loved one had to endure this facility because this was not a positive healing atmosphere. They need to improve on staffing bed side manners, attitudes and the outdated rooms. Patients & insurance companies spend good $$ on the room & board for rest & healing during recovery WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. But how can you do that with older rooms that's too small for 2 people No PRIVACY from your roommate because your only about 3ft apart ..which made it uncomfortable to sleep or talk about Medical information without other people hearing it (That is a HIPAA violation for sure). This is one facility that I would definitely recommend. Clean, polite and I always feel welcomed. It's a hidden gem in my opinion. My mom was in a couple memory care places and they left a lot to be desired. No place is perfect. I'm satisfied with the care my loved one gets there.
