I love coming to Riverview Rick and Rich always make me feel like royalty. It never matters if its just a simple oil change or a big job these guys always help me find the safest most cost efficient way to keep my vehicle road safe. I have been too many repair shops in town. And I have been unhappy often, never has Rick left me feeling unsafe.I highly recommend this business these guys are some of the best in town.

i have been coming to this garage for years and never had any problems. I dropped my car off for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I dropped it off on Monday and told them no rush I was going on a trip on Wednesday. I called on Tuesday and they told me they were waiting on parts. I hung up and waited a couple of minutes till that registered and called back and asked what parts? He then said he had the wrong car and mine was ready for pickup. I told him I would be right there to get it. We get there 15 minutes later the garage is locked and there is someone in the garage not answering my calls or come to the door. We Leave and go home for over an hour and go back. Still no one there or answering my calls. I am very frustrated with the whole situation. I just wanna add that the owner

So far, so good. Very happy with the work they did on my car. I used their services for the first time during the past week & they installed a new starter on my Honda Civic & they did a great job. Car starts right up very strong. Very reasonably priced shop too. Recommend. Thanks again, guys!

I went in here today and Rick was not here. I am waiting to get my brakes done. I'm happy I came in earlier than I had planned because the parts were not here. The part was supposed to be here at 10. It's now 10:15 and the part is not here yet. I know they do great work, but without the owner on premises as it used to always be, the quality could go down. Let's see what happens in the future. Rob is definitely not Rick who has always been wonderful.
