Riverview Toyota Parts

I primarily use this location to buy cheap parts and that's it. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because I've had taken one of my cars there for service once and it was a great experience. Would I take my car there for service again? Absolutely. There are a few problems with the parts department. One being its gross disorganization. Of the about 5 times I've used them, 3 times they've completely botched the orders by not ordering my parts - TWICE. It's annoying to have to make three follow-ups to order one part to ensure the parts were actually ordered then having to wait over a week to finally have the parts in hand. Also, the parts department will ream you with pricing. I get the whole sales model thing, but I have access to the Toyota parts catalog and some of the cheap parts I

This entire dealership is awesome. Very nice staff, lots of knowledge. Won't chase you out of you wallet, pretty fast service as well. They take really good care of you

I stopped by with my daughter so she could buy her first new Toyota Camry. What I liked about Riverview Toyota is they proved to be just like most of the other dealers. High pressure sales staff. Scare tactics. Ridiculously overpriced dear add ons. They negotiate the same as the others. Slimy, untrustworthy, double talking, misleading sales staff. And, they are out of inventory like everybody else. We asked to see what they had coming in. So we could make our decision from a variety of cars. They would only show us one. The one they thought we wanted. They wouldn't listen to our wants. They talked over us constantly. We ended up at AutoNation Toyota Tempe. They are the complete opposite. I would not recommend this place. Went to sell a car and they offered very little. Took it to another and basically got what I asked for which was way more that Riverview offered. Stay away from here

It was terrible, i was there for 3 hours and never got acknowledged that I needed help. I walked up to the service manager and he waseven worse. Told me to sit down and he will get withme, that's when I waited for 3 hours
