This place is an absolute delight and a must see if you’re in the area! The employees are extremely charming and knowledgeable, the vehicles are well build, and the brand itself echos adventure, professionalism, and family. Few business in my experience are the total package and Rivian is among the few without a doubt. If you’re in the area you should absolutely book a free test drive. As a few pro tips: they have bathrooms on site, a gear shop on site (to buy merch), and street parking is available, but give yourself a few extra minutes to find an available spot. The area can get busy, but even when it’s more relaxed like in the morning a lot of the street parking is full so it might take a little time to find an opening.

Stopped in to test drive an R1S with my wife. Chaz was super helpful and knowledgeable. He helped show us around the car, specifically the features we were most interested in. He was also respectful of our time which we most appreciated.

I had cracked panoramic glass on my 2025 Rivian R1S (11k miles - 6 mos. old). The crack was on the interior pane; in other words, no crack from the outside. Service manager took a 2 second look at the car and said there was an impact and would not be covered under warranty. Complete BS! Nothing ever touched the glass… it had never even been cleaned. I had read on Rivian forums that they consistently do no warranty the cracks that this glass seem to have quite regularly. Do yourself a favor and buy a different car.

A Must-Visit Rivian Studio Experience in RiNo My visit to the Rivian studio in RiNo was fantastic. The chance to explore the R1S and test drive the R1T was a highlight, showcasing the innovation and luxury of Rivian vehicles. Kudos to Anton, whose extensive knowledge made my experience even more insightful. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, contributing to an excellent vibe throughout the studio. Even if you're not looking to buy, I highly recommend a visit. Note that street parking requires patience, but it's worth it, given the great dining options nearby. In short, the Rivian studio in RiNo offers a unique and enjoyable experience for anyone curious about electric vehicles.

Gonna buy an R2 when they come out and these guys help cement that thought for my wife and I. No one here is a car salesperson, they aren’t on commission. They “teach” the in and outs of owning an EV - we learned a lot on our visit! If I have a question, I can just text Scott and I get an answer a straight answer back
