I recently visited the Rivian store at Irvine Spectrum Center, and after spending a good amount of time there asking questions, sitting in the vehicles, and discussing the buying process, I would ultimately rate my experience three out of five stars. There were several things the store did very well — the atmosphere, the presentation, and the professionalism of the staff — but the complete lack of negotiation or pricing flexibility significantly impacted my overall impression.To start with the positives, the showroom itself is genuinelyimpressive. We had a great experience with Clara the sales rep and we test drove the R1S. She told us about all the current incentives and features of this car, but we felt R1S is too big. For us esp for every day short commute. Long road trip would be great. Will need to test drive the smaller R2 when it’s available.

Had a great experience at Rivians new Irvine Spectrum location. Was assisted by a smiling team of representatives headlined by Bejan, who has been instrumental in my family's Rivian experience over the past 16 months.
