Great representation of the brand. Comfortable lounge with WiFi access and a retro playlist played at an acceptable level. The Serrano Creek Trail and many restaurants are nearby to help pass the time if you’re not dropping off your vehicle.

Stellar customer service at the Lake Forest service center. Frequent updates on maintenance, fast turnaround on repairs, provided a loaner vehicle, car washed, batter charged. Can’t ask for a better experience. Chefs kiss.

David Yousuf handled our service visit and was a fantastic experience start to finish. Had some issues with our new car that were sorted out and repaired in a very timely manner. Loaner car was a Tesla which while wasn't my first choice, was kind of a blessing as it reminded me of why I purchased a Rivian instead of brand T. David kept in constant contact updating me repeatedly regarding progress and the pick-up was seamless and easy. Another positive experience with Rivian and we're really enjoying owning the R1S.

I love the Lake Forest service center! They are very efficient, well organized, they communicate very well before, during and after appointments. They took really great care of my truck on several occasions and the team goes above and beyond to deliver a premium experience! 👏👏👏

They are great. I had a 12v error and I was in the middle of moving. They squeezed me in immediately got it done as quickly as possible and were very professional. Great experience here.
