I am writing this review to bring to your attention an employee who is going above and beyond in his efforts to represent Rivian and solve customer requests. I am taking a cross-country road trip at the end of this week, and it recently occurred to me that I didn’t have a spare tire. I called Rivian Support to see if I could get a last-minute service appointment and was connected with Nate in the Plymouth office. My local service center didn’t have any availability until the following week. Undeterred, Nate began reaching out to different Rivian service centers along my planned travel route in hopes of getting the spare tire kit I needed for my trip. I had to ask multiple times to cancel my order. When they finally did, they were $100 short. They said this was because of having to produce a contract, to qualify for the EV tax credit. This costs $100? A traditional car dealership would never do this, unless delivery of a vehicle occurs !!

Poor customer service. Received a truck with no tonneau cover and lots of paint issues, no timing on when these would get fixed but they said most likely within a month. It has been a month now and no one has contacted me about the service items. When I ask them about it, they still can’t give me a timeline. Today they sent me the vehicle registration packet to me to register when a month ago I had asked if I could register it myself and the answer was a hard no. 2 weeks ago my guide entertained the idea but then said the registration packet had already gone out to SOS a week ago so I should get my title any day now. Dropped my truck off for a service appointment which was scheduled over a month ago. Scheduled service appt was Wednesday Sept. 7th. Dropped truck off, and it hasn't moved in 3 days. I called, no answer, called main service, no answer, called my guide and he told me to call service. No one knows what or where my truck is other than me using the application. Rivian!!! I want my truck back. Now!
