Had an issue with my Toyota 4 Runner. Bryan listened to my description of what was happening and suggested I replace the battery, which would save me the diagnosis fee. I did this through Napa Auto Parts and the issue seems to be resolved. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Bryan, and being sympathetic to saving customers money.
