TLDR: Amazing customer service and quality of work. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I very much recommend them. After my dad backed into my parked car, my Crosstrek had a huge dent that couldn't just be unbent. My entire lift gate (trunk door) needed to be replaced. I was dreading getting it fixed because of the hassle, but RJM made the process so simple. Tina helped me navigate my first insurance claim as an adult when the insurance company was being difficult. Without her I would have had no idea what I was doing. They were a preferred mechanic of my insurance company and came highly recommend by family friends. This is because their work is impeccable. Not only did they fix the lift gate, but they fixed every ding and scratch that my car had when I bought it used!

It was a stressful situation, but RJM made the process smooth and easy. They worked directly with my insurance company and handled everything from start to finish. I recently moved to Milford and was greeted by a hit and run on my street, I called several places for estimated pricing and to talk to a receptionist (not a machine) to help me with my car. Outstanding customer service and quality of work! Tina is a pleasure to talk to and very accommodating! Everyone here is so friendly and professional! I had a Carvana insurance claim on a gap in my closed driver side window that was causing considerable wind noise in a vehicle I just bought. They were very honest and knowledgeable in explaining to me what the problem could be and the process to fix it. Tina used clear and open communication with me to schedule a time for it to be fixed and in explaining how long I could expect it to take. I found out about RJM from Carvana/SilverRock. They are a preferred company. While SilverRock mostly partners with Maaco and the location did an okay job previously, my work required more than just paint so I gave RJM a try. My Cadillac DTS’s front bumper had previously had body filler and the parking sensors painted over. Mark identified it right away and knew it was causing the issues. He also filled everything out with SilverRock so that I didn’t have to do much at all! While it turned out the bumper was badly damaged beyond repair, Mark kept me in the loop of everything and the poor quality of the old bumper and how he got SilverRock to approve a new one. As you can see from the photos, it shines! I cannot recommend RJM enough.
