We found ourselves unexpectedly needing to replace our vehicle due to an accident. Jennifer provided great communication ,all the needed paperwork and ‘how to’s’ to keep us on track with insurance in a timely manner. Then went above and beyond to ensure we got the new truck before the ice storm hit since we are 2 hours away . We ended up not only getting the replacement, but trading another as well same day. Repeat customers here for our 5th and 6th vehicles from R&L. Thank you Jennifer for excellent customer service , clear communication, seamless purchasing process!
