We trusted RL's A1 Auto Body for years until their mechnics broke several parts on my vehicle that were not parts being repaired. I tried to talk about this with the Owner RL. He said "I am denying the claim" with no hesitation. I asked for the photos that were taken when my truck was brought in, Denied immediately. If you take your vehicle in, take before photos of everything. If they brake it, you buy it, that's RL's policy. I had to fix the additional damages, back up camera connection broken, drivers side door master switch plastics broken, tunnel cover disconnected and broken. If I didnt check these things, I would have never known. Id like to thank the installers of this place and the job they did. Being a 13 year old car I thought the new bumper would never line up to a older car. Its looks like it just rolled off the line out of Mazda. So greatful for good craftsmanship on this.
