About rhe radiator. Took it to pleasant valley they gave me 1.50 per lbs. Instead of the paltry. 65 there lying staff tried to give. Whomever is in charge there you need to take a closer look at your scale guy he's is scamming you...
Brought in a 58lbs cleaned radiator out of a kenworth. Scale guy put on ticket it was ac coil when it was not. I said something to the bald guy up front he agreed with me but then said we'll the scale guy said it's not clean I said that's funny he checked it with a magnet. The bald says the scale guy is an idiot. But still wouldn't make it right. This is not good business practice. The scale guy needs retrained because he obviously doesn't know how to do his job... will not go back.
They was very very rude. They need to be respectful to ALL their customers no matter what.
Website hours needs updates. Took me five minutes to just get to talk to someone and they had to transfer me to the correct place just to find out they close sooner than they state online
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT !!!! take your scrap here THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF !!! A 2YEAR OLD COULD GIVE ME A BETTER PRICE AND AN ALCOHOLIC IS MORE HONEST THAN THIS PLACE
