People who care about details and have the passion to do perfect work are hard to find. RNR is the place in the Hagerstown area! Ryan promised me my out-of-pocket hatchback hole fill and paint repair would be flawless and explained the full repair plan in advance to me in detail. I needed some repairs done to the quarter panel and rear bumper on my Honda. This was an out of pocket repair and not going through insurance. Ryan and the folks here got the repairs done quickly and for a fair price. The results were awesome! They communicated promptly and kept me informed during the repairs. Have a great day! 1/9/26 update: Took my Acura MDX on 1/5/26 and picked it up yesterday 1/8/26. Best Body Shop experience I’ve had in a very, very long time! Most importantly, the initial quality of the repairs, fit & finish (silver paint) was excellent. I will definitely be using RNR for all my Body Shop needs in the future. Awesome work! Also fast turn around as I was leaving for a trip within 2 weeks of them receiving my vehicle. Really like the email updates of the progress and time frame for completion, They also finished 2 days sooner then the expected date.

My truck needed repaired from a fender bender and the insurance company sent me here. I cannot express how happy I was from start to finish! Their customer service, communication, efficiency and the final results were outstanding! They are not your typical garage. They make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door!
