My wife and I had an amazing experience at RNR RV start to finish! We had a camper that we had bought back in 2017 from a different company. Apart had broke on it and we were simply going into their part store to see if we could pick up a $20 part at their location. We had been looking for a particular layout for the last couple of years and hadn't been able to find anything that was even remotely close to what we were looking for. Can't say enough good things about our experience with the R'nR RV Center in North Spokane. We didn't expect to make a purchase at all and walked out with our first RV trailer purchase. It has been a dream of ours for years and Brandon (Sales), Ryan (Co-Sales Manager) and Sharon (Finance) were able to make that dream come to life. Makias (Orientation Advisor) was fantastic with orientation and Scott (Service Foreman) was beyond helpful with service. Getting to the parts department...Jerry (Parts) was a true gem and had great attention to detail. The staff overall was great to work with, took their time to educate us and I have no concerns that they won't help us when we ever reach out. Paul at RNR RV North was amazing. Very calm with all of our questions. He went out of his way to arrange for us to put a camper on our truck to see if it would handle the weight etc. Jake was equally amazing working as a team player to answer questions and reassure us. In the market for new or used, ask for Brandon Sprague. Give him your list of what you need in an RV, including budget, and let him go to work; fantastic sales person! These folks go through their used units with a fine toothed comb; no reason to bounce all over the country looking. Sharon, in finance, is great as well! I've never had such a fun timing buying bigger ticket items. This was my first time buying an RV from a dealer and would definitely go back if i need service or another RV. They even give you a detailed walk-through with a service tech while their team installs the equalizer hitch and levels it to your truck! Top notch from when you walk in to when you walk out with your new purchase! Brandon, thanks again!
