⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m giving them more stars, they went above and beyond to get us new tires from a different store, this was after someone from corporate called us because he overheard our situation with living in our truck in the winter, and ended up getting us all 4 new tires financed and $0 down until payday in another almost 2 weeks! Crystal and Tyata (I think that’s how you spell it) was super amazing getting us our tires, I will refer them to anyone who needs new tires, also a shoutout to the other store manager coming all the way from Davenport to come help put the tires on and train the manager, all while staying open late on New Years Eve! Amazing place to do business! They even have resources posted for the community and a food drive that states “Give what you can, take what you need

I had never heard of this tire place and my daughter went there, but there was a miscommunication with my daughter and I had to go into fix this, right when I went in the team that was at the desk. Savannah and Anthony were absolutely amazing. They fixed the problem and it was a financial issue, they redid the contract. To what my daughter thought was happening, I have never been there, but my business is going there. Also my mom is the one who referred my daughter. She goes there too. My day was completely ruined and it was the best experience for me with an auto shop. Then I had someone I believe from corporate call me his name was Brandy and just to make sure everything was OK the next day, which I totally appreciated. I cannot say enough good things about this tire shop! They truly went above and beyond for me and my kids. Even though they didn’t initially have the tires I needed in stock, they found a way to make sure I could leave safely the same day. As a mom, that meant everything to me. They made the entire process completely painless, explained everything in terms I could actually understand, and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable and getting top-notch service. I had an outstanding experience at RNR Tire today thanks to Krystal. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even though the shop was backed up, she got me in the same day, personally handled my tire change, and even stayed past her shift to ensure the job was done. Her respect, kindness, and dedication were evident from start to finish. Krystal made sure my car was ready before the snow storm hit this evening and before I had to return to work on Monday, and that meant a lot to me. I’m truly grateful for her exceptional service and commitment. Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!
