Wife and I went to see if we could afford to get one or two tires. When we walked in, the counter service rep immediately greeted us and walked up to us with such a welcoming and friendly smile, asking what we had in mind. We asked about any deals they had also told her about affordability and a limit to only budget for two used tires. She then proceeded to let us know about the rent to own option and the savings we will have and the benefits that they can provide with our business and complete satisfaction. We then saw the pricing and the savings on 4 brand new tires not used and all the additional benefits that comes with their service. I highly recommend this company for all your tire needs if you are like us who needed a payment plan, and could not out right buy your tires. Mike was great communicating with me about pricing and if we would be approved for their payment plans. We had to file bankruptcy last year, so we knew not many places would be willing to help us even though the circumstances of why we had to file was not because we didn’t pay our bills. In today’s world it is hard to make ends meet then having to pay $600 at one time is not feasible. When we got to the Knoxville store Lewis got right on getting us taken care of. Great process, easy to work with, plenty of selections, and everything feels very comfortable. Perks are an added plus and their mechanics are up front with you if something should happen or if they find something.
