Miss Tasha was my account manager at the Russellville location and she was absolutely wonderful I could call down there and tell her hey I need an extension on this week and I'll double up next week and she would always make it happen. She was always polite she give you reminders if you needed them and she got me to the finish line of ownership of not one but two sets of tires for both of my vehicles and a complete set of rims she was absolutely wonderful every time I talk to her. I had a great experience with her as my account manager and I would absolutely recommend her to be somebody else's account manager if you need tires or Wheels. Jenny deserves all the praise! I called yesterday needing new rims and two new tires for my husband’s truck. I spoke with Jenny who was incredibly kind and she made the whole process ABSOLUTELY amazing, and she was so knowledgeable and easy going for me not understanding much about wheels and tires. Even though the tires had to be ordered (not typical tires) they still were able to get us in the very next day! Very nice, easy to deal with people. Made me feel like I had been there before. Everyone was straight forward and made sure I understood the contract. It was a very simple process and even though I think it was a little high priced, it is to be expected when you are purchasing something lease to own. The environment was clean and uncluttered.
