RNR Tire Express

Horrible experience. I went to get a brand new tire put on and Herbert took care of me and had great customer service. 5 days later I’m riding on I-20 and the brand new tire just blew off as I’m riding on the bridge before the rest area. The tire jumped the barricade and my jeep went sliding all over I-20 on the rotors. I even thought I was going to go over as well. So I called R n R and they told me basically there’s nothing they can do because the mechanic that put that tire on was t supposed to because of the lugnut pattern or whatever. So let me get this right. I needed a tire, R n R puts it on, 5 days later it blew off I almost died and the only thing they told me was it was the way DCB tires had put the tires and rims on. Mind you I been riding on these tires for a year straight neve

The assistant manager was very nice and helpful , respectful and very polite took the job with enthusiasm and relate to my needs with compassion. I will definitely recommend this establishment to any of my friends who is trying to receive a good service to definitely patronize your place. Thank you so much for your service! Assistant Mgr, Charlie, was awesome. Ty, the sales associate was very knowledgeable. And Will, the mechanic, was so very nice. I'm thankfully I was able to get a set of tires at a fair price. Also, the process was made very easy, and explained i detail. If you need a set, tell them Brandy S. sent you.

To be honest this was my very first time at RNR Tires and I really didn't know what I was looking for but their customer service team was amazing they helped me out with every detail even going as far as take the rim outside and placing it next to my truck so I could see just how it would look.....thanks again RNR

i would give this 5 star, but unfortunately i cannot. the reason i am saying this, the customer service was great and so was my service but i sat there all day just waiting to have new tires put on. then afterwards the tire sensors came off, i went by there to have it fixed or get new sensors put on but i wasn’t going to sit there all day just to have that done when there wasn’t hardly no one in the parking lot to be serviced. above all everything was great but the wait time could use alittle more.
