Excellent ! excellent ! excellent! First class Service. I had a flat very close to R&R tire. I called them. They were able to send someone over to put my spare on to make it to the shop. Then they followed me back to the shop and helped me out super quick. Their customer service was top-tier. Kia Was extremely friendly and helpful. ( Johnny on the spot ) He had my tire fixed in no time.. Kily And Ursula Had the best customer service and helped me with any question that I had , they were so hospitable. The staff at R&R Tire at the Texarkana location, Helped me get through this unfortunate incident with ease and comfort. I will definitely be back. You can’t compete with the Customer Service and the quality of tires, and the general southern hospitality thank you guys so much. Cassie !

Great experience at RNR Tire Express! They fixed my flat for free (which honestly shows how much they care for their customers), had great tire prices with an easy payment plan that I’ll be back for, and the shop techs were super fast. The culture here is so awesome, unlike any other tire shop, and Lily provided excellent service. Highly recommend!

I bought tires from there and had an alignment scheduled the week after to have done. I also had an appointment for that day to be cleared off light duty. My alignment took way longer than expected too and that was okay, by the time I was needing to leave they were still working on it. Well Corey who I bought my tires from took me to my appointment and they picked me up! Will say they really go above and beyond for their customers. It was greatly appreciated! If you are needing some tires, I highly recommend Corey!

I had a great experience at RnR. From the moment I walked in Amber was very helpful! She was very quick and explained things greatly. I did not have an appointment, but my wait was not long at all! Christina did amazing explaining the payments and the process for that! It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!
