Road Angels Tire and Service

I pulled up on a hunch to see if they could help me with a mysterious tire issue where the air would slowly leak out over a 7 to 10 day period. He did everything he could do to find it but ultimately couldn't find anything. He was kind and very meticulous and didn't rush anything. Despite him not being able to determine what the problem was the manner in which he tried showed me how caring and professional he is. He has gained a new customer with me and I would highly recommend you all checking him out with your automotive needs!

Driving from Knoxville to Crossville this morning when my tire pressure started going down. I’m not from the area but quickly looked on Google for a tire shop and Road Angels popped up. Very easy access from the interstate. I dropped in and said my tire was losing air and John jumped on it, and within minutes had the tire off, nail removed, plugged and back on. BTW it was in the 30’s but didn’t slow him down. The service was excellent, the prompt attention was amazing, however the conversation with John was a blessing! For a hectic morning, John was the calming voice that I needed. God Bless and keep it going!

I needed to get my tired pugged quickly because I was on my lunch break and the gentleman working there was amazing. He was friendly, fast, and inexpensive. I was extremely grateful. I will be taking all 5 of my vehicles to him from here on out and when I go back I'm going to ask it he works on atvs because if so I'll even be taking them to him.

Road angels has been hands down the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. He is fair in his pricing, he does his work in a timely, efficient manner and customer service is more than what I could ever ask for. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone in the area who needs anything done with their vehicle. I cannot stress enough what a good, competent, Fair mechanic and that this person is. If you have any automotive service repairs that you need done in the roane county area this is the person to go to. There is no one else I would trust my vehicle nor my loved ones to.

I was taking my bike to KRUX and my wife was in her car behind me. As soon as we arrived, my wifes car broke down. John slid under and got us running but advised us to get the car to a mechanic. We sure did! I took it to John a few days later and he fixed the problem before any major problems arose. Since that day, I have entrusted John to work on my vehicles. He will take good care of you.
