My son was replacing the spark plugs on his car when one snapped and couldn’t be removed. Turpin’s removed it and replaced the plug and had it back to me within 2 hours. This could have been an expensive repair and they saved me hundreds with their knowledge. They are always very kind and extraordinarily knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. They do excellent work!

Saved the day! My folks traveling from my sister in VA to me in Murfreesboro had their engine overheat and pulled off I40 in Harriman. Bought 4 tires a couple of months ago, great price and service. I was very happy. Last one tire was punctured in the side wall. Found out there was a warranty through the manufacturer ironman. They ordered a new tire and replaced it at no charge and had my truck in and out fast. It's getting hard to find places like this with such awesome service and prices.

They did just as we wanted for our new travel van. Thoroughly checked out the engine, muffler and tires. Did just as we decided to do and very reasonable. So friendly and told it to us straight. No surprises and kept us updated.
