Road Runner Express

I had to wait for the guy to came out to help bc the thing won’t working where you pay at.. Had to wait 5 minutes because I didn’t see anyone in sight they won’t washing no cars bc there wasn’t any in the wash . I blew the horn 3 times and the light skin guy took his time coming out while still laughing and talking to someone else they sprayed my mats off they just sit them in front door and my car was at the front door almost when they use to bring them to me 2 was on the phone the white guy always helps me and the guy with the curly hair but today was not a good experience I think if they won’t on there earbuds today that I probably would have gotten a better experience. And I could of gotten more help as a customer

Well it's okay on the cleanliness part. But it completely tore off my rear windshield wiper I mean not just the wiper but the entire assembly!!! I'm afraid to go through there anymore I was afraid my mirrors were going to get tore off the first time it was just the wiper the rear wiper so I replaced it then the second time it cracked and ripped the whole arm and wiper completely off! So now I feel scared every time I go see that I probably won't go anymore. Yeah it's not worth the fear I feel and I can't have a rear wiper if I choose to go through there anymore. The car is nice and clean but it's not worth it for me.

My car was not clean. It's hard to see in the photos. But the back and frobt windows you could see where my wipers wiped before the car wash. There were splatters on my driver's door that were not cleaned. My bumper still was dirty. The vacuums were but great. I had to go over the same spots several times to get up loose dirt and other debris. It was a complete waste of $20. I wish I had noticed before I left how dirty my car still was.

This is a great car wash when they’re open! They do close before their posted hours online so it’s hit and miss towards closing time. I’ve been disappointed three times in the last three months. Yesterday, November 25, I arrived at 7:43 and they had already started the closing process, the cones were already placed, blocking the entrance. When my truck needs a wash I drive the 40 minutes over there as soon as I’m off of work and it’s very disappointing to find them closed, especially when I pay a monthly subscription! If they get this problem fixed they’ll be a five star all day long!

I’ve never been to an express car wash before and I had no idea what it would be like. I was warmly greeted by three lovely ladies, given the business about the business, and taken through the wash experience from inside the car. I’ve never done that before, and it was enlightening! With all the colored lights and the foam all over, I felt like it was inside of a lava lamp! Moreover, my car looks fantastic and I will absolutely return and also recommend!
